An AI employee
Pick the job. Our engineers build him for your business in about a week, then you try him free.
A 15-minute call with our engineers. No credit card.
The deck
From a tidy inbox to your whole sales pipeline. Every job starts at $500 a month, and we price yours on the call, from what it takes.
How he works
Every job you hire him for is a flowchart our engineers build with you: each step, each check, and each place he asks you first. He runs it on schedule, the same way every time. Between jobs, text him like a colleague.
See which step he is on, what he found, and what he is waiting on you for. Nothing that matters goes out without your OK.
Ask about your business, or for something new, on iMessage or the web. He works in the tools he has, and asks you for access when he needs one more.
Your business, remembered
James keeps what he learns: your customers, your prices, your tone, and who to ask about what. So the hundredth job goes better than the first. Start him off with what you already have.
He adds to this with every job and every text.
Paste one prompt into ChatGPT or Claude and hand James the answer: your business, your customers and how you work, in a couple of minutes.
Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, HubSpot, QuickBooks and hundreds more, through secure connections you can switch off at any time.
Text him anything worth remembering. He keeps it, and uses it next time.
Getting started
One from the deck, or anything you can describe.
Our engineers learn how the job is done today, and you see the price.
For how your business runs, and rehearsed on our own accounts first.
From the day he starts work. No credit card up front.
Security
How we keep your business safe, in plain words. The details are in our Trust Center.
Spending money, sending to a new list, signing, refunds, deleting. Your OK covers that one action, once.
You approve each purchase with Stripe Link. A single-use card, capped at that amount, is typed by a locked-down vault and thrown away.
Never typed into a chat. Your passwords sit in a separate vault that James himself cannot read.
Nothing you share trains any AI model, ours or anyone else’s, unless you choose to. Our AI providers’ terms forbid it.
Your James works on his own computer in the cloud, separate from every other business’s.
Your engineer runs the job on our own accounts until it comes out right. Your customers never see a first try.
Support
Not a bot, and not a ticket number. The engineers who build James answer you right here, and fix him for you, remotely.
Log in to chat with the team, or email james@james-ai.app. It reaches the same people.
Every message is read and answered by an engineer on our team.
With your OK, they look at what James was doing, so you never explain it twice.
You never install or set up anything. When the fix is ours to make, we make it and tell you here.
Leave whenever you like. The reply waits here, and comes to your email too.
Questions
No. James is an AI. He works in your tools the way a person would, and if anyone asks, he says he is an AI.
Any job you can describe that happens on a computer: inboxes, invoices, outreach, support, research, reports. If he has not done your job before, our team makes it work while he is set up.
From $500 a month for each job, after 7 free days. We work out your price on the call, from what the job takes, and you see it before you pay anything. Hire him for another job and that job is priced the same way.
An engineer on our team. You have a short call with them, they build James for how your business runs, they test him, and they switch him on for you. You do not install anything, write any prompts, or configure any tools. If the job changes later, you tell James or you tell us.
Usually one to two weeks from the day you book your call. The call with your engineer is in the first day or two; most of the time after that is building and testing him. If your job turns out to need longer, your engineer tells you rather than letting a date slip quietly.
No. Your engineer builds and rehearses James on a separate virtual computer, signed in to their own accounts on the same websites your business uses. He does the whole job there, repeatedly, until it comes out right. Only then do you get access, so your customers never see a first attempt and your logins are not part of the practice.
The day your engineer switches James on for you, not the day you book. There is no card when you book, nothing is charged while he is being built, and the 7 free days are 7 days of him actually doing the work.
Spending money, sending to a new list, signing anything, refunds, and deleting anything that cannot be restored. You can add to the list.
From your James page, any time. Cancel during the free days and you pay nothing. Before that, while he is still being built, there is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay: tell your engineer and it stops.
Logins are handed over through a one-time secure link, never typed into chat. Your data is private by default: nothing you share trains any AI model. If you choose, you get 20% off for letting James learn from how he does your jobs, with your content removed. We delete your data when you ask. How this works
Pick the job. We build him and bring him to work.
